One flow takes you from an idea to a formed company: answer the formation questions, review everything, and file through Whop. Your company name, entity, and founders are set in the same pass — no separate trips to a state website, a logo designer, and a checklist you found online.

Delaware or Wyoming?
- The investor-ready default — the common choice when outside investors are part of the plan.
- A long-established system for corporations — generations of company law and a dedicated business court.
- Built around stock — the C-Corp structure investors recognize is the home turf here.
- The low-friction favorite — a popular choice for many owner-run companies.
- No state corporate income tax — for most companies, in general terms.
- Simple yearly upkeep — an annual report keeps the company in good standing.
General, educational information — not advice for your situation. Where you actually operate can create filing duties in that state too; check before you choose.
Pick Your State — All 50
Start with the two everyone asks about — Delaware and Wyoming, popular for privacy and low cost — or form in any of the other 48. The formation runs in all 50 states; pick yours and the start carries it with you.
Form your LLC or C-Corp in Delaware
Your state's filing fee + $30 StartBusiness24 filing fee — you review the exact total before anything is charged.
Start in DelawareName Search Generator — Pick a Name Worth Filing
Step 1 of the path. Bring a name you already picked, or search for one here — then run the trademark self-check against the official records before you file. Everything runs right here in your browser.
Already have a name? Carry it straight into formation — and run the trademark self-check first.
Pick a style and generate — every name gets a Start button and a trademark Check button.
Trademark self-check —
Search the exact name AND close spellings and sound-alikes. If a live trademark already covers that name in the same line of business, pick a different name. This is a self-check guide, not a legal opinion — the official records below are where the answer lives.
Copy the name, open each record, and search it there.
Name ideas are a starting point — availability and trademark are checked with your state and the USPTO at filing. This tool does not verify availability, and no name here is cleared or approved.
Your Website, Built From Your Incorporation
Once the company exists, its website should not wait six weeks. Your site is created from your incorporation details — company name, industry, and services — so the business can start right away, with a page customers can actually find and use.
- Your real company details — name and services come from the formation, not a blank template.
- Built to take the next step — customers can reach you, ask questions, and start a booking from the page.
- Yours to grow — add the Alice AI plugin below and the same site starts answering and booking on its own.
Brand Studio — Direct Your First Video Ad
Step 3 of the path. Your brand needs footage — set the camera like a director (camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shot, mood) and the studio builds a production-ready prompt plus a 3-shot plan. Run the prompt in any AI video tool. The studio builds your shot prompt — it does not render the video.
Your prompt updates live as you turn the dials.
Your shot prompt
3-shot plan
Builds your shot prompt — run it in any AI video tool. Flow-style tools, Runway, Kling, Pika and the rest all take a prompt like this one; paste it in and generate there.
Get Your EIN — Free From the IRS
Step 4 of the path. Once the company exists, it needs its own federal tax ID. This is the step owners most often overpay for — so here it is plainly.
- What it is — your company's federal tax ID: the number the business uses for taxes, so the business stands on its own paperwork.
- What it unlocks — a business bank account in the company's name, hiring employees, and filing business taxes.
- When you get it — right after formation. Form the company with the state first, then apply — the IRS expects the entity to already exist.
- What it costs — nothing. An EIN is free from the IRS, you apply once, and you never pay a third-party site for the number itself.
The IRS's own page says it plainly: beware of websites that charge for an EIN — you never have to pay a fee for one.
Business Startup Kit
Add this nextThe paperwork that makes a company a company — in one downloadable kit, ready the day you form. Add it after your formation; it never blocks the Start My Company flow above.
- Corporate Record Book — minutes, resolutions, and ownership records in one organized book.
- Share Certificates — printable certificates for the owners of the company.
- Contracts Pack — starter agreement templates for common early deals.
- Startup Checklist — the formation-to-first-customer steps, in order.
- After You Form guide — EIN, banking, and the taxes calendar, explained plainly.
- Corporate Seal — your seal artwork, ready for a stamp or embosser.
Fund Your Business
Add this nextYour company is formed and your Startup Kit is in hand — the next move is funding it. Through LoanableUSA, a formed company can apply for business credit lines and card-stacking programs of up to $250,000 if you qualify, or for real estate funding for property deals.
- Business credit lines + card stacking — apply through Loanable's syndicated line of credit program: credit lines and card stacking for the company you just formed.
- Real estate funding — a separate Loanable application for property purchases and investment deals.
- Up to $250,000, if you qualify — that number is a ceiling, not a promise: what you are offered, if anything, is decided by your application and eligibility.
Funding is through LoanableUSA. Approval and amounts depend on eligibility — no funding amount is promised.
Add Alice — Your AI Office
Add this nextA new company has no front desk. Alice is the plugin that acts as one on your new website: she answers customer questions, quotes your services from your prices, and books jobs while you are out doing the work.
- Answers — customer questions get a reply on your site, in your business's name.
- Quotes — estimates drafted from the services and prices you set.
- Books jobs — booked work lands in your lead inbox with the customer's details.
Delegate the Work — Crew Dispatch Planner
Step 7 of the path, next to Alice. When the jobs outgrow one pair of hands, you delegate. Build your crew roster, assign the job, and get a clean dispatch summary you can copy anywhere. Your roster and assignments save in this browser only.

Add a worker to your roster to start delegating.

This is a planning tool — your plan lives in this browser. Actual job dispatch to subs happens through Alice's Lead Inbox, and the full crew system is LOGIX COMMAND.

Start Free TrainingQuestions, Answered Plainly
General, educational answers — not legal or tax advice. Your situation is yours; a CPA or attorney in your state has the final word on decisions like these.
Either can be chosen in the questionnaire. In general terms: an LLC is the flexible default for many owner-run businesses, taxed as a pass-through by default; a C-Corp is a separate taxpayer with stock, and is the common structure when outside investors are part of the plan. Which fits depends on how you will operate, own, and get paid — this page explains the difference educationally; it is not advice for your specific case.
The questionnaire itself takes minutes to complete. After you file, approval timing is set by your state — the state stamps the filing on its own schedule, not this page's.
The standard next steps: get your EIN, open a business bank account, set your taxes calendar, keep your corporate records, and stay current on yearly compliance. The After You Form section above walks the list, and the free training courses cover each step in plain English.
Formation is your state’s filing fee + a $30 StartBusiness24 filing fee — you review the full price before anything is charged. Or take The Whole Package for $50: the formation service, your website, logo generation, and the tools and extras on this page. State filing fees are set by your state, not by us, and the tools on this page are free to use.
Any of the 50 states — pick yours in the state picker on this page and the formation starts there. Delaware and Wyoming are the popular picks, known for privacy and low cost: Delaware is the common choice for companies expecting outside investment, and Wyoming is a popular, low-friction choice for many other businesses. Where you actually operate can create filing duties in that state too — check your situation before you choose.
